1. FREE USE LICENSE. This software is free for personal use. You are authorized to install, use, make backups of, distribute (whole package) at no charge. This Software is NOT for commercial use. You are prohibited to sell this software as individual, reproduce, decompile, repackage with other software without permission. If you find x Chat useful, you may make a voluntary donation to contribute for the further development of this software.
2. X CHAT FREE IS DISTRIBUTED "AS IS" WITH NO WARRANTY OF ANY KIND EITHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED. YOU USE IT AT YOUR OWN RISK. THE AUTHOR WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR DATA LOSS, DAMAGES, LOSS OF PROFITS, BALDNESS OR ANY OTHER KIND OF DAMAGES, WHETHER DIRECT OR CONSEQUENTIAL ARISING OUT OF THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE PACKAGE OR ANY PART THEREOF.

6. PRIVARY. xStudio.ca respects your privacy and ensures no spyware/adware in this software package. No personal information will be collected without your permission. You may be required to register and provide opinion/survey to provide your contact information for product information and support only.
7. RESERVED RIGHTS. All rights not expressly granted here are reserved to any individual representing the xStudio.ca company.
8. ENTIRE AGREEMENT. If you do not accept the terms of this agreement then you are not permitted to use this software.
